Regenix Biosciences Ltd ("Regenix", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data you share with us through this website (www.regenixbiosciences.in). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over that data.

This policy is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us — primarily through the contact and partnership inquiry forms on this website. The data we may collect includes:

  • Identification data: name, designation, organisation name
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, country
  • Inquiry content: the message or information you submit through the contact form
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited (collected automatically through standard server logs and, if enabled in future, web analytics)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or health records through this website.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry or request for information
  • To evaluate potential partnership, distribution, licensing or contract-manufacturing opportunities
  • To send you follow-up communications related to your inquiry
  • To maintain records required for legal, regulatory and contractual purposes
  • To improve the security, performance and content of this website

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under DPDPA and GDPR, we rely on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent — when you voluntarily submit information through the contact form
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to business inquiries and develop partnerships
  • Legal obligation — to comply with regulatory and statutory requirements

5. Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf:

  • Formspree — used to receive and route contact-form submissions. Form data is transmitted to Formspree's servers before being forwarded to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
  • Google Fonts — used to render typography. Google may log the IP address of website visitors when fonts are loaded
  • jsDelivr CDN — used to deliver third-party JavaScript libraries (e.g. the interactive world map). Standard CDN access logs may be created
  • Web hosting provider — hosts the website files and creates standard server access logs

These providers act as data processors under our instructions. They are not authorised to use your data for their own purposes beyond providing the contracted service.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or behavioural-analytics cookies. If we add web analytics in future, we will update this policy and request consent through a cookie banner as required by law.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact-form submissions are retained for a maximum of 36 months from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, regulatory or contractual reasons.

8. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The website is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry data within our organisation is limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

9. International data transfers

Some of our third-party service providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms) are in place to protect your data.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten") where permitted by law
